Who We Are

The Million Dollar Verdict is a membership by invitation only to a select group of attorneys who have won or settled million dollar and multimillion dollar decisions, verdicts, or settlements for their respective clients.  It is made up of the very best attorneys nationally and intentionally.

These Trial Lawyers represent the finest in the world; we limit our membership to what we consider the top 1 percent in the world.  Unlike other clubs that individuals pay their way into, we only take people that are nominated or invited by our committee of lawyers dedicated to finding the very best lawyer in the world.  The lawyers we choose to be members of this exclusive club, are usually very well known in their respective area of law.  We do not just look at one area of the law, but all areas where excellence prevails and the attorneys have made millions for their clients. The areas we have looked to for the most qualified lawyers in our opinion include but is not limited to, excellent business litigation lawyers, the best personal injury attorneys, attorneys that handle catastrophic injuries; such as brain trauma, wrongful death, medical malpractice and work place injuries, class action lawyers, product liability attorneys and construction defects, whistle blower cases and work place negligence to just name a few.

You might have seen our members in TV, winning million dollar verdicts for their clients, or maybe in the newspaper.  They may be your next door neighbor or maybe someone that practices in your geographic area.  We are always on the look out for the greatest attorneys who get amazing results for their clients.  We accept nominations from across the globe for individuals in other countries and locales.

Lawyers or anyone, can nominate someone they feel has met our criteria, we will evaluate each nomination and decide if the individual meets our requirements to be a MILLION DOLLAR VERDICT CLUB member.

Membership has its privileges. All of our members can proudly display the logo of the Million Dollar Verdict Club on their respective websites, business card and office.  We don't give you some piece of paper to hang on your wall, but a framed medal of achievement that you have reached the pinnacle of your area of law.  Each year we review the current membership and award the yearly highest verdict award for each participating State. 

Our Million Dollar Verdict Lawyers are welcomed to update their profiles and their verdicts, as well as submit news on any pending cases they have pending.
